After listening to your request, we analyze your requirements based on our extensive experience in designing solutions for customers in offshore, maritime and industrial markets. Whether you need EX certification, high pressures, 3rd party approval or the use of corrosion-resistant alloys. Rest assured that we have successfully addressed similar challenges in the past.
Together, we discuss requirements and define the specifications the equipment needs to meet. We then make a general design and present you our proposed solution.
If you agree to the proposal, component selections are made, manifolds are designed in 3D and optimal lay-out of the equipment is determined considering accessibility, ease of maintenance and other considerations.
In the next phase, routings of tubing and cables are finalized, a complete 3D model is generated, showing the exact size, position and weight of all parts. From this 3D model, production drawings are made, as well as any other required documentation.
